Soak the potato wedges in cold water for 20–30 minutes. Drain and dry very well.
Mix with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking tray without overcrowding.
Bake at 220°C / 425°F for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway.
Serve hot with ketchup and parsley.
2. Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges
Ingredients:
• 800 g potatoes, cut into wedges
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 60 g parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp oregano or Italian seasoning
• Salt & black pepper
• Fresh parsley
Instructions:
Dry the potato wedges well.
Toss with olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Bake at 220°C / 425°F for 35–40 minutes until crispy.
Sprinkle parmesan over the hot wedges and bake for 3–5 more minutes.
Finish with parsley.
3. Spicy Cajun Potato Wedges
Ingredients:
• 800 g potatoes, cut into wedges
• 3 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp cayenne or chili flakes
• Salt & black pepper
• Ranch dressing for serving
Instructions:
Mix oil with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
Coat the potato wedges well.
Bake at 220°C / 425°F for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway.
Serve with ranch dressing.
4. Loaded Cheesy Potato Wedges
Ingredients:
• 800 g potato wedges
• 3 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Salt & pepper
• 150 g shredded cheddar or mozzarella
• 80 g cooked bacon, chopped
• Green onions
• Sour cream, optional
Instructions:
Season the wedges with oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Bake until crispy and golden.
Place the wedges in a baking dish or skillet.
Add cheese and bacon on top.
Bake for 5–8 minutes until the cheese melts.
Finish with green onions and sour cream.
5. Herb Roasted Potato Wedges
Ingredients:
• 800 g potatoes, cut into wedges
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp rosemary or oregano
• 1 tsp parsley
• Salt & black pepper
Creamy dip:
• 3 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• Lemon juice
• Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
Bake at 220°C / 425°F for 35–40 minutes until crispy.
Mix the dip ingredients in a small bowl.
Serve the wedges hot with the creamy garlic dip.
