2-Ingredient Air Fryer Hash Brown Patties

  • 1 lb (about 4 cups) Frozen Shredded Hash Browns – Do not thaw. This is key for texture.

  • 2 Large Eggs, beaten – This is our primary binder for a classic result.

    • For a Vegan Version: Substitute with 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed mixed with 5 tablespoons warm water (a “flax egg”). Let it sit for 5 minutes to gel.

    • For an Egg-Free Version: Use 3 tablespoons of melted butter or neutral oil, or ¼ cup of unsweetened applesauce.

  • Optional Seasonings (Highly Recommended):

    • ¾ tsp Kosher Salt

    • ½ tsp Black Pepper

    • ½ tsp Garlic Powder or Onion Powder

    • ¼ tsp Smoked Paprika
