🥚🍝 Deviled Egg Macaroni Pasta Salad

🛒 Ingredients:

* 3 cups elbow macaroni (cooked & cooled)
* 6–8 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
* ¾–1 cup mayonnaise
* 2 tbsp mustard (yellow or Dijon)
* 2–3 tbsp pickle relish or chopped pickles
* ½ cup celery, diced
* ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
* ½ tsp paprika (plus extra for garnish)
* Salt & black pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Directions:

1. Cook macaroni in salted water until al dente, then drain and cool completely.
2. In a bowl, mash some of the egg yolks with mayonnaise and mustard to create a creamy dressing.
3. Add cooked pasta, chopped egg whites, remaining eggs, celery, onion, and relish.
4. Pour the dressing over and mix gently until everything is coated.
5. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
6. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
7. Garnish with extra paprika and enjoy cold!
