Step 3 β Pre-Bake

Bake the empty nests in a preheated oven at 200Β°C / 400Β°F for 10β12 minutes until slightly firm and lightly golden.
Step 4 β Prepare the Filling
Choose cheese or protein filling:

Mix mozzarella, cheddar, and cream cheese together.
β Chicken/Mushroom Filling:

Melt butter in a pan.

Add shredded chicken or mushrooms.

Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.

Cook 3β4 minutes.
Step 5 β Fill the Nests

Remove the nests from the oven.

Add your prepared filling into each potato nest.

Top with extra cheese.
Step 6 β Final Bake
Return to the oven and bake for 10β15 more minutes, or until the tops are melted, golden, and bubbly.
