Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Bites

In a bowl:

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla
  • Fold in whipped topping

Step 2: Form Bites

  • Scoop small portions and roll into balls
  • Place on a tray and freeze for 30–45 minutes

Step 3: Prepare Crunch Coating

  • Mix crushed cookies, strawberry crumbs, and melted butter
  • Stir until crumbly

Step 4: Coat the Bites

  • Roll chilled cheesecake balls in the crunch mixture
  • Press gently so coating sticks

Step 5: Chill

  • Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until firm

Step 6: Serve

  • Serve chilled
  • Optional: drizzle with white chocolate
