In a bowl:
- Beat cream cheese until smooth
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla
- Fold in whipped topping
Step 2: Form Bites
- Scoop small portions and roll into balls
- Place on a tray and freeze for 30–45 minutes

- Mix crushed cookies, strawberry crumbs, and melted butter
- Stir until crumbly

- Roll chilled cheesecake balls in the crunch mixture
- Press gently so coating sticks
