In a bowl mix:

• flour
• baking soda
• salt

Set aside.

Step 2: Cream Butter and Sugars

In another bowl beat:

• butter
• brown sugar
• granulated sugar

Until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).


Step 3: Add Eggs and Vanilla

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.

Stir in vanilla extract.


Step 4: Combine Ingredients

Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.

Mix until just combined.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.

Scoop a ball of dough, flatten it slightly.

Place a small handful of Reese’s Pieces in the center.

Cover with another piece of dough and seal the edges.

Roll into a ball.

Place cookies on a lined baking sheet.

Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.

Let cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a rack.
