2 (15 oz) can green beans, drained
2 (15 oz) cans green peas, drained
2 (15 oz) can sweet corn, drained
1 (2 oz) jar pimentos with oil
2 stalks celery, finely diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
½ white onion, diced
Dressing
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Preparation
In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until well combined.
Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl and pour dressing over the top.
Toss salad until all ingredients are well coated.
Cover and chill for 8 hours or overnight. Stir after a few hours if possible.
Serve chilled
