Meat Lovers Skillet Pizza 🍕🥩

🌶️ Ingredients:
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for the base)
½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
3 oz pepperoni slices
¼ lb Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 tbsp low sugar pizza sauce (Rao’s)
½ tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
Red pepper flakes to taste
💁 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425°F, place a 10-inch oven safe skillet over medium heat
2️⃣ Spread 1 cup mozzarella evenly across the bottom of the skillet — let it melt and sizzle 2–3 min until the bottom is golden and set
3️⃣ Slide skillet into the oven for 5 min until the cheese crust is firm and lightly golden
4️⃣ Pull out and spread pizza sauce over the cheese crust, sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning
5️⃣ Load on pepperoni, crumbled sausage and bacon, top with remaining mozzarella
6️⃣ Bake another 6–8 min until cheese is bubbly and edges are deeply golden and crispy

Cast iron skillet gives the crispiest cheese crust — worth it every time
Pat meats dry before adding so the crust doesn’t get soggy
Slice like a real pizza right in the skillet and serve immediately
