Low Carb Stuffed Pizza Sticks 🍕🧀
cheesy, gooey, crispy on the outside and stuffed with pepperoni and mozzarella on the inside… these are the snack that makes everyone forget they’re eating low carb
🌶️ Ingredients:
2 cups shredded mozzarella
2 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup almond flour
1 large egg
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
3 oz pepperoni slices
4 mozzarella string cheese sticks, halved
½ cup Rao’s pizza sauce for dipping
💁 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2️⃣ Melt shredded mozzarella and cream cheese together in microwave 90 seconds, stir until completely smooth
3️⃣ Mix in egg, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder and Italian seasoning — work into a soft pliable dough
4️⃣ Divide dough into 8 equal pieces, flatten each one into a rectangle on the parchment
5️⃣ Lay 3–4 pepperoni slices and half a string cheese stick down the center of each piece, fold dough up around filling and pinch edges completely sealed
6️⃣ Bake 14–16 min until deep golden brown, let cool 3 min then serve with warm pizza sauce
☑️ Quick Tips:
Pinch the seams really tight or cheese leaks out everywhere during baking
Brush tops with melted butter and garlic powder right before baking for extra flavor
Keeps in the fridge 3 days, reheat in air fryer 3 min to bring the crisp back
