Low Carb Stuffed Pizza Sticks 

cheesy, gooey, crispy on the outside and stuffed with pepperoni and mozzarella on the inside… these are the snack that makes everyone forget they’re eating low carb
2 cups shredded mozzarella
2 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup almond flour
1 large egg
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
3 oz pepperoni slices
4 mozzarella string cheese sticks, halved
½ cup Rao’s pizza sauce for dipping
Pinch the seams really tight or cheese leaks out everywhere during baking
Brush tops with melted butter and garlic powder right before baking for extra flavor
Keeps in the fridge 3 days, reheat in air fryer 3 min to bring the crisp back
