Low Carb Cheddar Pretzel Sourdough

1 cup almond flour
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
2 oz cream cheese, softened
2 large eggs
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp butter, melted
Coarse pretzel salt for topping
