Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

This recipe uses ingredients you likely already have in your pantry and refrigerator.

Pasta and Meat

  • 12 ounces pasta of choice (penne, rotini, or shells recommended)

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and chopped

Alfredo Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 ¼ cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup whole milk or half-and-half

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tablespoon ketchup (optional but recommended for “burger” flavor)

Cheese and Toppings

  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup chopped pickles or relish

  • 2–3 green onions, sliced
