Lemon, Garlic, Ginger & Honey Wellness Elixir

  • Wash the lemons thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds
  • Peel garlic cloves and keep them whole or slightly crushed
  • Slice fresh ginger into thin pieces

Step 2: Layering the Jar

In a clean, dry glass jar:

  1. Add a layer of lemon slices
  2. Add garlic cloves and ginger slices
  3. Place cinnamon sticks and sprinkle peppercorns

Repeat the layers until the jar is nearly full.

Step 3: Adding Honey
