A simple, reliable pizza crust that holds up and tastes amazing.
Ingredients:
• 1 1/2 cups almond flour
• 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 2 tbsp cream cheese
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
• Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 45–60 seconds until melted.
Stir until smooth, then add egg, almond flour, and seasonings. Mix into a dough.
Place dough between parchment sheets and roll into a thin crust.
Transfer to baking sheet and remove top parchment.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.
Add toppings and bake another 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crispy.
