Juicy Citrus Garlic Marinated Flank Steak with Smoky Charred Edges

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, orange juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Place the flank steak in a large zip-top bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the steak.
Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, turning occasionally for maximum flavor.
Remove the steak from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking to bring it closer to room temperature.
Preheat a grill or cast-iron skillet over high heat.
Remove steak from marinade and let excess drip off.
Grill steak for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, depending on thickness.
Transfer steak to a cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Slice thinly against the grain for maximum tenderness.
Top with fresh parsley and a small pat of butter if desired before serving.
