Indulgent S’mores Cookie Bars

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. 2 Beat softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  3. 3 Add the egg and mix until combined.
  4. 4 Stir in flour and graham cracker crumbs until dough forms.
  5. 5 Press half of the dough into the bottom of the pan.
  6. 6 Layer chocolate bars and spread marshmallow fluff on top.
  7. 7 Crumble remaining dough over the marshmallow layer.
  8. 8 Bake for about 25 minutes until golden.
  9. 9 Cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
