Ingredients:
– 4 large potatoes (for fries)
– 2 chicken leg quarters
– 2 tomatoes, sliced
– ½ red onion, thinly sliced
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp paprika
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp oregano
– 1 tsp black pepper
– Salt, to taste
– 2 tbsp butter
– Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
For the Garlic Herb Dip:
– ½ cup Greek yogurt or mayo
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 tbsp chopped parsley
– Salt and pepper to taste
