Flourless Strawberry Shortcake Cottage Cheese Bake 
– Easy, High-Protein & Low-Carb
Ingredients (makes about 6 servings):
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
3 large eggs
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup almond flour
Step 1: Preheat & Prepare
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
Step 2: Blend Wet Ingredients
In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Mix in Dry Ingredients & Strawberries
Stir almond flour into the blended mixture until fully incorporated. Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
Step 4: Bake & Cool
Pour batter into the prepared dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set and edges are golden. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving.

Tips for Success:
Use full-fat cottage cheese for richer texture.
