Flourless Chocolate Avocado Cake 
A dense, moist chocolate cake made with wholesome ingredients and a smooth, creamy texture.
Ingredients:
• 2 ripe avocados
• 3 large eggs
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• ½ cup granulated low-carb sweetener
• ¼ cup melted coconut oil or butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line an 8-inch round cake pan.
In a blender or food processor, combine avocados, eggs, sweetener, melted oil, and vanilla until completely smooth.
Add cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Blend again until well combined.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until set in the center.
Let cool completely before slicing for the best texture.
Optional: dust with powdered sweetener or add a light chocolate drizzle.
Store in the fridge for a fudgy texture—it gets even better the next day.
