Easy Spinach Cottage Cheese Flagels 


Thin, chewy, high-protein flat bagels with a savory twist.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup cottage cheese (blended smooth)
• 1 cup almond flour
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 cup finely chopped spinach (squeezed dry)
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, almond flour, mozzarella, egg, spinach, baking powder, and seasonings until a dough forms.
Divide into 4 portions and shape into flat rounds (like thin bagels).
Make a hole in the center and slightly flatten each one.
Place on baking sheet and smooth edges if needed.
Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and set.
Let cool slightly before slicing.
