Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 lb Cavatappi or Rotini pasta, cooked al dente
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
The Beef: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the diced onion until the beef is cooked through and the onions are translucent. Drain any excess grease.
The Flavor: Stir in the minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
The Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Once bubbling, stir in the shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and thick.
