1/3 cup full-fat sour cream

1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt (2% or whole milk)

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or white wine vinegar)

1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper (plus extra for finishing)
