Yield: About 2 cups
Ingredients:
* 8 oz cream cheese, softened
* ½ cup sour cream
* 2–3 jalapeños, roasted, peeled, and chopped
* 2 tablespoons pickled jalapeños or green chiles, chopped (optional for extra tang)
* 1 clove garlic, finely minced
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 teaspoon lime juice
* ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
* ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

* Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions:
1. Roast jalapeños directly over a gas flame or under the broiler until skins are blistered and charred.
2. Place roasted jalapeños in a bowl, cover, and steam 5 minutes. Peel off skins, remove seeds if desired, and chop finely.

4. Stir in roasted jalapeños, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
5. Fold in fresh herbs and optional red pepper flakes.
6. Chill for 10–15 minutes to let flavors meld, or serve immediately if you like it soft and spreadable.
Pro Tip:
This dip is incredible with tortilla chips, crackers, pretzels, or spread on burgers and grilled chicken for a smoky cream-cheese boost 🌮🍔
