Chocolate Peanut Butter Temptation Pie

Chocolate Crust

  • 250g chocolate cookies (crushed)
  • 100g melted butter

Peanut Butter Filling

  • 250g cream cheese (softened)
  • 200g creamy peanut butter
  • 150g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200ml whipped cream

  • 200g chocolate
  • 200ml heavy cream

  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings
  • Crushed peanuts
  • Peanut butter drizzle

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust

  1. Mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter.
  2. Press firmly into a pie dish.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes.

2. Make the Filling

  1. Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy.
  4. Spread evenly over chilled crust.

3. Prepare the Ganache

  1. Heat cream until hot (not boiling).
  2. Pour over chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir until smooth and glossy.

4. Assemble

  1. Pour ganache over the peanut butter layer.
  2. Smooth the top.
  3. Chill for 4–6 hours until set.

5. Serve

  1. Slice with a warm knife.
  2. Add toppings if desired.
