- 250g chocolate cookies (crushed)
- 100g melted butter

- 200g creamy peanut butter
- 150g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust
- Mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter.
- Press firmly into a pie dish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes.
2. Make the Filling
- Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy.
- Spread evenly over chilled crust.
3. Prepare the Ganache
- Heat cream until hot (not boiling).
- Pour over chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes.
- Stir until smooth and glossy.
4. Assemble
- Pour ganache over the peanut butter layer.
- Smooth the top.
- Chill for 4–6 hours until set.
5. Serve
- Slice with a warm knife.
- Add toppings if desired.
