120 g all-purpose flour

30 g cocoa powder

1/2 tsp salt

250 g milk or dark chocolate

2 tbsp vegetable oil (for smooth finish)

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Brownie Batter
Melt the chocolate and butter together until smooth.

In a bowl, whisk sugar and eggs until slightly fluffy. Add vanilla extract.

Slowly pour in the melted chocolate mixture and mix gently. Sugar

Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold until just combined (do not overmix).

Step 2: Bake
