Wraps
Step 1: Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, fry bacon strips until golden and crispy.

Place them on paper towels to drain excess fat.

Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Beef Mixture

In the same skillet, add olive oil or butter.

Sauté onions for about 2 minutes until translucent.

Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned (about 6–7 minutes).

Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Let simmer for 2–3 minutes so flavors combine.
Step 3: Warm the Tortillas

Heat tortillas in a skillet or microwave for 15–20 seconds so they become soft and pliable.
Step 4: Assemble the Wraps

Lay out a tortilla.

Place a lettuce leaf in the center.

Spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture on top.

Add 2 strips of crispy bacon.

Sprinkle with shredded cheese and place a slice of American cheese (optional).

Add pickles and tomato slices if desired.
Step 5: Fold & Grill the Wraps

Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly into a wrap.

Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and place the wrap seam-side down.

Toast each side for 2–3 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted inside.
Step 6: Serve & Enjoy

Cut wraps in half diagonally.

Serve warm with dipping sauces like ranch, spicy mayo, or ketchup.
