Step 1: Cook the Bacon

  • In a skillet over medium heat, fry bacon strips until golden and crispy.

  • Place them on paper towels to drain excess fat.

  • Set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Beef Mixture

  1. In the same skillet, add olive oil or butter.

  2. Sauté onions for about 2 minutes until translucent.

  3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  4. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned (about 6–7 minutes).

  5. Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  6. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes so flavors combine.

Step 3: Warm the Tortillas

  • Heat tortillas in a skillet or microwave for 15–20 seconds so they become soft and pliable.

Step 4: Assemble the Wraps

  1. Lay out a tortilla.

  2. Place a lettuce leaf in the center.

  3. Spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture on top.

  4. Add 2 strips of crispy bacon.

  5. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and place a slice of American cheese (optional).

  6. Add pickles and tomato slices if desired.

Step 5: Fold & Grill the Wraps

  • Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly into a wrap.

  • Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and place the wrap seam-side down.

  • Toast each side for 2–3 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted inside.

Step 6: Serve & Enjoy

  • Cut wraps in half diagonally.

  • Serve warm with dipping sauces like ranch, spicy mayo, or ketchup.
