Blueberry Greek Yogurt Bites

  • 1 cup (245g) plain Greek yogurt (full-fat for creaminess, or 2% for lighter)

  • ½ cup (75g) fresh or frozen blueberries (if frozen, do not thaw)

  • 2 tablespoons honey or pure maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons freeze-dried blueberries or graham cracker crumbs (for topping – optional)

  • 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)
