Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a baking dish.

Place the rolled oats in a large mixing bowl.

Add milk, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to the eggs. Mix well.

Pour the wet mixture into the oats and stir to combine.

Add baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix thoroughly.

Gently fold in the blueberries without crushing them.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

Drizzle melted butter or oil on top. Sprinkle almonds if using.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, until the top is golden and the center is set.

Let it cool slightly before serving.
