Air Fryer Cinnamon Apple Chips

1. *Slice*: Core apples. Slice _super thin_, about 2-3mm. Mandoline is best, but a sharp knife works. Thinner = crispier.
2. *Season*: Toss slices with cinnamon. Add oil if using — helps them crisp but not required.
3. *Air fry*: Preheat to 160°C. Lay slices in single layer, no overlap. Air fry 10-12 min, flipping halfway. They’ll still feel soft when hot but crisp up as they cool 5 min.
4. *Cool*: Let them sit on the rack/tray 5 min to get crunchy. Eat right away
