Ingredients 

1 ripe banana 
½ cucumber 
½ cup oats 
1 cup almond milk 
1 tablespoon chia seeds 
½ pear 
Small piece of fresh ginger 
Ice cubes 
Instructions 
– Wash and prepare all ingredients. 
– Add everything into a blender. 
– Blend until smooth and creamy. 
– Drink slowly, preferably cold.
