Banana Brown Sugar Spring Snack Cake with the Softest Crumb

Ingredients:
• 2 ripe bananas, mashed
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup oil
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• Pinch of salt

Methods:

Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease an 8 inch square or round cake pan.
