Baked Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust 
– High-Protein, Low-Carb Base for Your Favorite Toppings
Ingredients (makes about 1 [12-inch] crust):
1 cup cottage cheese
3/4 cup almond flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1 large egg
Step 1: Preheat & Prepare
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Blend the Base
In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Step 3: Mix in Dry Ingredients
Transfer to a bowl and stir in almond flour and baking powder until a thick dough forms.
Step 4: Shape & Bake
Spread dough evenly into a 12-inch circle on the prepared pan. Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden and firm.
