Garlic Parmesan Ranch Smash Chicken Crescent Melt
This hot crescent melt comes out flaky, creamy, and packed with bold garlic Parmesan ranch chicken in every bite. The golden crust makes it feel extra special, and once you cut into that soft cheesy center, it becomes the kind of comfort food everyone reaches for fast.
Ingredients:
• 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
• 3/4 cup cottage cheese
• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
• 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
• 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
• 1 egg, beaten
Methods:
Heat oven to 375 F and line a baking sheet or baking dish with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan, ranch seasoning, and garlic until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the shredded chicken and mozzarella until the filling is thick and fully coated.
Press one layer of crescent dough into the bottom of the pan or shape it into a large rectangle on the sheet, sealing the seams well.
Spread the filling evenly over the dough, then top with the second layer of crescent dough and pinch the edges closed.
Brush with beaten egg and bake for 22 to 28 minutes until deeply golden and puffed.
Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. The crust stays flaky while the inside turns creamy, cheesy, and full of savory ranch flavor.
