Sweet Potato Fritters with Whipped Feta and Sriracha Honey
Ingredients
For the Fritters
2 cups (300 g) grated sweet potato
1 egg
¼ cup (30 g) flour
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
For Frying
2 tbsp olive oil
For the Whipped Feta
1 cup (200 g) feta cheese
¼ cup (60 g) Greek yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
For the Sriracha Honey
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp sriracha
Garnish
Fresh parsley or green onions
Directions
In a bowl, mix grated sweet potato, egg, flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Scoop mixture and flatten into small fritters.
Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Blend feta, Greek yogurt, and olive oil until smooth.
Mix honey and sriracha.
Serve fritters topped with whipped feta and drizzle with sriracha honey.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
