– 8 oz cream cheese, softened 
– 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 
– 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup 
– 1 tsp vanilla extract 
– 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained 
– 1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened) 
– Fresh fruit for topping (optional)
