Blueberry Greek Yogurt Bites 🫐❄️
Frozen, creamy yogurt bites with natural sweetness and a boost of protein.
Ingredients (makes about 12 bites):
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
Line a plate or tray with parchment paper.
Spoon small portions of yogurt onto the tray (about 1 tablespoon each).
Press a few blueberries into each bite.
Freeze for at least 2–3 hours, until solid.
Store in a sealed container in the freezer and enjoy straight from frozen.
