Keto Garlic Naan Bread 🧄
Soft, flexible, and full of garlic flavor, this easy naan is made with simple low-carb ingredients.
Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 2 tablespoons cream cheese
• 1 cup almond flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 large egg
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• ¼ teaspoon salt
Garlic Butter:
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Heat for 30–45 seconds until melted, then stir until smooth.
Add almond flour, baking powder, egg, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
Divide dough into 4 portions.
Roll each portion between parchment paper into oval naan shapes.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Cook each naan for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Mix melted butter with garlic and parsley.
Brush warm naan with garlic butter before serving.
