Blueberry Oat Protein Bread 
– Cottage Cheese, No Sugar Added
Ingredients (makes about 10 slices):
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup cottage cheese
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Step 1: Preheat & Prepare
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.
Step 2: Blend Wet Ingredients
In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, eggs, and vanilla protein powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Mix Dry Ingredients & Combine
In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Pour in the blended wet mixture and stir until just combined. Gently fold in fresh blueberries.
Step 4: Bake
Transfer batter to the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean and top is golden.

Tips for Success:
For extra fluffiness, blend oats into a flour first if desired.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze slices for later.
