Ingredients:
✓ 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
✓ 2 oz cream cheese
✓ 1 cup almond flour
✓ 1 large egg
✓ 1 tsp garlic powder
✓ 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
✓ 1/2 cup shredded cheddar (for stuffing)
✓ Marinara sauce for dipping (sugar-free)
How to Make:
1️⃣ Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together in microwave (1 min, stir, then 30 more seconds). Mix till smooth.
2️⃣ Add almond flour, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Knead into a dough ball (use your hands, it’s messy but works).
3️⃣ Roll dough out between parchment paper into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
4️⃣ Sprinkle cheddar down the center, fold dough over, press edges to seal. Cut into 8 strips.
5️⃣ Bake at 400°F for 12-14 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges.
6️⃣ Serve hot with marinara for dunking!
Quick Tips:
• Swap cheddar for pepper jack if you want a kick
