Zesty Homemade Jalapeño Lime Hot Sauce That Goes on Everything 

Ingredients:
8 oz jalapeño peppers, chopped (about 4–5 large or 8 medium)
1 oz white onion, chopped
1 oz garlic, chopped
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Add jalapeños, onion, garlic, vinegar, lime juice, and salt to a blender or food processor.
Blend until completely smooth.
Pour the mixture into a small saucepan.
Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 10 minutes to blend the flavors.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Taste and adjust salt or lime juice if needed.
Strain if you prefer a smoother sauce, or leave as-is for more texture.
Pour into bottles or jars and refrigerate.
Let sit for a day for the best flavor before using.
