🍝✨ Tortellini alla Panna – Creamy Italian Comfort!

* 1 lb tortellini (fresh or frozen)
* 1–2 cups heavy cream
* ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
* 2 tbsp butter
* 1 clove garlic (optional)
* Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
* Salt & black pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Directions:

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook tortellini until just al dente.
2. In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic if using.
3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
4. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.
5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
6. Add cooked tortellini and toss gently to coat.
7. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until everything is well combined.
8. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan on top.
