🍗🧀 Creamy Chicken Lasagna Bake

🛒 Ingredients:

* 9 lasagna noodles
* 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
* 4 tbsp butter
* 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
* 4½ cups milk
* 8 oz cream cheese
* 1 cup ricotta cheese
* 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
* 1–2 cups shredded cheese (jack or mozzarella)
* 4–5 cups baby spinach (optional)
* 1 egg
* ½ tsp garlic powder
* ½ tsp onion powder
* Salt & black pepper to taste
* Fresh or dried parsley

👩‍🍳 Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and cook lasagna noodles until al dente.
2. In a saucepan, melt butter, then whisk in flour and seasonings.
3. Gradually add milk, stirring until thick and creamy.
4. Stir in cream cheese and shredded cheese until smooth, then add spinach if using.
5. In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, parsley, and a little cheese.
6. Layer sauce, noodles, ricotta mix, chicken, and cheese in a baking dish. Repeat layers.
7. Finish with noodles, remaining sauce, and plenty of cheese on top.
8. Bake for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let rest before serving.
