Ingredients:
* 8 small flour tortillas
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 packet taco seasoning
* 1/4 cup water
* 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
* 1/2 cup enchilada sauce (or Taco Bell-style sauce)
* 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
* 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
* 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
* Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Heat about 1/2 inch of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Fry each tortilla until golden and crispy, about 1–2 minutes per side; drain on paper towels.
3. In another skillet, cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
4. Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmering until thickened.
5. Warm refried beans until smooth and spreadable.
6. Spread a layer of refried beans on one crispy tortilla.
7. Add a layer of seasoned beef, then top with another tortilla to form a stack.
8. Spread enchilada sauce over the top tortilla.
9. Sprinkle generously with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, and black olives.
10. Repeat to make remaining pizzas and place on a baking sheet.
