A simple baked egg dish that’s cozy, filling, and easy to make.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 4 large eggs
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• Optional: chopped spinach, bell peppers, or green onions
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk eggs until smooth.
Stir in cottage cheese, mozzarella, and seasonings.
Add optional veggies if using.
Pour mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until set in the center and lightly golden on top.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
