53g Protein Crustless Pizza Pie 

A cheesy, high-protein, low-carb pizza-style bake.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 3 large eggs
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup cooked ground chicken or beef
• 1/3 cup marinara sauce (sugar-free if needed)
• 1/4 cup turkey pepperoni slices
• 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small pie dish or baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk cottage cheese with eggs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in cooked meat and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Pour mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
Spoon marinara sauce over the top.
Add remaining mozzarella and pepperoni slices.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until set and bubbly.
Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
