5-Minute Cottage Cheese Biscuit

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup almond flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Instructions:

2. Transfer the mixture to a microwave-safe ramekin or small dish.
3. Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, or until the biscuit is set.
