- Prepare the slow cooker
Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker with butter or nonstick spray. - Add the strawberries
Pour both cans of strawberry pie filling into the bottom and spread evenly. - Add the dry cake mix
Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the strawberries. Do not stir. - Drizzle the butter
Slowly pour the melted butter across the top, covering as much of the cake mix as possible. - Add cinnamon
Lightly dust the top with cinnamon for a warm vintage flavor. - Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 2½ to 3 hours until the top is set and lightly golden around the edges. - Rest before serving
Let sit uncovered for 10–15 minutes to thicken slightly.
