3-Ingredient Cottage Cheese Dinner Rolls

Ingredients (makes about 8 rolls):
2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
2 cups almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
Step 1: Preheat & Prepare
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Blend Wet Ingredients
In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Mix Dough
In a bowl, combine blended cottage cheese, almond flour, and baking powder. Stir until a thick dough forms.
Step 4: Shape & Bake
Scoop dough into 8 equal balls, place on baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and firm.
