  1. Start by selecting a high quality coffee flavored protein shake from your local grocery store because this serves as your all in one base for the pudding.

  2. Pour the entire liquid into a small pot and place it on your stove over a very low heat setting to ensure you do not burn the bottom of the liquid.

  3. As the liquid warms up you must stir it gently with a spoon or a whisk to keep the consistency even and smooth throughout the entire process.

  4. If you want a thicker pudding you can continue to simmer the liquid very slowly which allows some of the water to evaporate and leaves behind a concentrated cream.
