Sauce:
120 ml buffalo-style hot sauce
50 g melted butter
15 ml honey
5 ml vinegar
Mix everything together and toss with the hot crispy wings. Serve with ranch dip and celery sticks.

80 g honey

70 g melted butter
15 g minced garlic
40 g grated parmesan cheese

Toss the hot wings with melted butter, garlic, parmesan, chili flakes, and parsley. Rich, buttery, cheesy, and spicy.

Sauce:
70 g gochujang paste
50 g honey
25 ml soy sauce
10 ml rice vinegar
10 g grated garlic
Sesame seeds, for topping
Heat the sauce until slightly thickened, then coat the wings. They should look glossy, sticky, and deep red.

Seasoning:
8 g paprika
5 g garlic powder
5 g onion powder
4 g cayenne pepper
4 g oregano
4 g thyme
6 g brown sugar
5 g salt
Once the wings are crispy, toss them with the seasoning and a small drizzle of melted butter. Serve with potato wedges.
6️⃣ Mango Habanero Wings
Sauce:
150 g mango pulp
1 small habanero pepper
40 g honey
20 ml vinegar
10 ml lemon juice
3 g salt
