Ingredients:
* 2 lbs chicken wings (split into flats & drumettes)
* 1–2 tbsp olive oil
* 2–3 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
* 3 tbsp butter, melted
* 1–2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
* ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
* Salt & black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat wings very dry (this helps them get crispy).
2. Toss wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Arrange on a baking tray in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).
4. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
5. In a bowl, mix melted butter, lemon pepper seasoning, and lemon juice.
